Turn the printer on.
Open the door that covers the printing mechanism.
Count to 20, and the print-head will slide to some position.
Remove the cartridge.
Reinsert the cartridge, and be sure that it "clicks" into place.
Close the cover.
Try to print.

Or, take the printer to a qualified technician, for professional trouble-shooting.

This like your cartridge has problem with connection
open printer cover/door
then disconnect your printer cartridge, both the color and black, then connect the cartridge again
close the printer cover/door
try to print again, if message still appear, it mean you need to change your cartridge with new one

The printer cant print it keeps showing "!" or

The blinking exclamation point means that the cover to the printer is not closed all the way. Try opening and closing the cover to get rid of this error. If there is another picture like an ink drop or a sun that is also blinking at the same time then the error can mean something different.

I have a hp color laserjet 2820, it says "replace supplies" and "device busy" . It was working fine yesterday and now won't print.

The replace supplies means that something has either reached end of life or has failed and needs to be replaced. Device busy usually indicates that there is a print job queued in the printer that needs to print, but the supplies out is stopping that from happening. Clearing the print queue on your computer and then restarting your printer might clear the device busy error, but the supplies error will likely require replacement of something.

Hello,
i think that the problem with hanging hides in your PC network and incompatibility of some files with printer driver version or something like this. Try to find from which PC do you have problems and look for software reasons. This machine is to big to make little problems...
Can you COPY when the machine trys to print? If you can, I think that everything with CANON is OK.
If you type the IP address of Canon in some of your internet browsers you will get instant access to WEB MONITOR and there must be error log somewhere.
Good luck

Remove the printer cartridge and check for any jams. If you don't see any large pieces of paper jammed in the printer, they may be smaller pieces so take care to notice anything small that shouldn't be there.

Place the cartridge back into the printer.

You may also want to unplug the power, wait a moment and plug it back in to clear the error and see if the issue corrects itself.

Most likely you need to install the printer drivers that came with the printer on a CD.
Or, you can download and install the very latest drivers from Canon's website!
Install them according to thier directions and you should be printing in no time!

I am getting a "wrong print head" error message.

Turn the printer off.
Disconnect the power-cord from the wall-outlet.
Reconnect the power.
Turn the printer on.
If you still get the same message, it's time to responsibly recycle the printer,
and buy a replacement -- maybe you can buy a new PIXMA that takes the same ink-cartridges???

Brother DCP 110C error unable to print

Hey, its the in-built annual maintenance by "Brother", get it to the service centre, if the warranty is valid. I've faced the same problem sometime last year, I'm facing it now. Which my warranty has already expired.
