Hello,
Here the manual http://help.optuszoo.com.au/img/cms/zoohelp/connected/windows/optusmodems/siemens%20ss%204200%20user%20guide.pdf

You don't need any driver if you use the Ethernet port instead of the USB (Highly recommended and faster)

regards

Driver

Drivers are not needed. Just connect your PC to the modem with an ethernet cable. The modem should give the PC an IP address. Open a browser and in the address window type in 192.168.0.1 and you should see the setup screen for the modem.

I dont have win xp svc pack 2 cd and i wanted to install my windows components back

Download servicepack 3.
Be sure not to have Norton installed.
If so use special Norton removal from symantec.
Never use Norton with SP3. Get Avast for instance.

I have a Siemens Speed Stream 4100 Ethernet ADSL Modem:

you need a working PC with Internet connection in order for you to down load the driver. otherwise you have to call ATT and have them send you the driver on a Floppy or CD.
