your gearbox has proberlly gone, take the case off and check the teeth out on the cog and the hook that grabs the gear, check that the fuel is going through
Check the gap on the points and check to see if they're pitted or burnt. You might just need to clean them with some emery cloth or something similar. If they're pitted or burnt, they need to be replaced
I would only use ATF Type F (Automatic Transmission Fluid) in the TM gearbox mate. Alot of folk use light gear oil, but in my experience, it just isnt up to standard whilst ragging the nuts off the engine. All our race bikes (including our TM) use ATF, and we have had no problems.
Clutch plates vary in price, but if i remember correctly, the TM uses the same as the KX and CR models. Last set i bought cost us 30 pounds. Baskets again vary, best to do a web search but your looking in the region of 100 - 200 pounds for a good one.
is it loosing water mate and the mix is 32-1 mate and get some good oil if it loosing water the head gasket has gone if it not this ckeck the jeting on the carb good look
The TM 125 uses 550 ml of gear oil. There is level inspection screw situated behind the rear brake lever. Access is a little tricky, but not too tough. For racing motocross I recomend ATF, but must be changed after each race day. For enduro, outriding or Sunday riders, BelRay -Trans Oil 80 W is best. You should change oil roughly every 500 km to prolong gearbox life.
