My wonderful Bosch has cleaned beautifully for 3 years but recently there is a film inside the washer and on the dishes. I have cleaned the filter, added jet dry, changed detergent. Any ideas?

This is a common problem. what you should do first is pick up some GLISTEN and run it through on a full wash with NO dishes. the use electasol POWDER detergent and turn your jet dry down to 1. that should fix your problem. hope this helped

We bought our Bosch SHE43M four months ago. It worked great for three months, then the white film started - all over our glasses and the inside of the unit. Bosch suggested putting a bowl of vinegar in the dishwasher and running it without dishes, then running the dishwasher 5-10 times w/o dishes. This cleaned the inside of the unit, but the first time we used soap again (1/2 teaspoon of dry soap), the film returned. Our rinse dispenser was full and turned down to 1. We have a water softener installed, so it can't be hard water. What next?
