The screen is not responding to my touch. i try hard reset thinking it will solve the problem but when it came to a place where i will tab to type or skip it still will not respond. what could have been the problem.

Sorry to read this about your tab.

You may have to Hard Reset your tab once again to see if the unresponsive screen will start responding to touch.

Attempt hard reset for a couple of times (in case once does not correct this fault; alloe small time intervals in-between while you hard reset your tab)

try a battery hard reset, disconnect the battery negative cable and touch it to the positive post and will draw any residual powers keeping the memories....... rehook the battery and retry

wouldn't you like to try to replace the 3.5" touch panel? I think it will solve your problem.

you needto replace the ants which live behind the touch screen
get some fresh once from your garden (or park) if you don't have a garden

Open phone( oh not allowed or warrenty void)
WHAT warrenty?
anywat open phone and you will see a few dead ants behind the screen.

Replace ants with fresh live ones
Close phone (quickly or ants excape)

power on phone

Never do hard reset on phone
It will electrocute some ants

i did all things described to get the screen workin,pressed the red n green buttons simultaneously n with the friggin stylus i pressed the reset button underneath, pulled the battery out a coupla million timesn put it in, but it jus doesnt unlock, the touchscreen aint workin, i can call, mssag or do anything except recieve calls, Arpan

At times, Touch screen does not respond and phone cannot be unlocked by no means, Problem do not get solved even after restarting phone, removing battery & reinserting etc.. This happend typically during nights when the phone is not used and in the morning, touch screen does not respond to do any activities. after installing a software i had a hard reset, after that my tuch screen did not work.please help meeeeeeeeeeee ! !

could you explain in detail what s happening with your phone??

u said that ur phone cannot be unlocked...but then u say that it happens typically during nights...do u mind elaborating?

the only solution i have found...replace the phone

So far no fixes. It's just been collecting dust. I think it's a screen response issue, and will probably cost more to fix than to replace (at least for me) in my situation. I'm thinking iPhone....
