Hi I have a problem about my Samsung Led Monitor . When i try turning it on a picture of a mouse that and 5 blue dots is on the screen then the monitor became blank ..... What should I do ? \

Send me detail on [email protected] 1) if yours LED power on and display of window not giving then problem from cpu. a. first replace yours RAM and check display. b. then display cable and check display. c. Install new Display card and check display, if not giving display it means motherboard have a problem 2) LED not giving power on then problem from monitor a. replace monitor power cable and check display b. monitor logic card have aproblem

First disconnect refrigerator from the power supply for 3+ minutes. Then reconnect power supply. If prolem remains ,then the PCB output voltage should be checked beforE replacing the PCB.

If you can not see any failed capacitors ( bulging or ruptured case of capacitor ) then you need to replace the entire board.

When i execute the ON key it recieved the command but the LED 34 which is the ON LED of the UPS won't ON the LED 35 and LED 36 is ON always.

measure voltage of batteries, you have to read 13 to 13.5 volts.

Flashing freezer led
a flashing display is how samsung shows error codes. try and draw a picture of which segments of the display is flashing. think of the figure 8 and then try to show which part of the 8 is being shown. that is how we can tell what error code needs fixed.

Hello Peter, my suggestion is unplug your cable satelite (STB) conection.
Turn on the TV and see if there are changes or is still standby.
If your TV like normal after unplug satelite tv (STB) connection, you should check you STB.
If still not working, try to unplug AC cord from power line. Wait until led display indicator off, that plug again. If it still not working, i think you should call samsung technician to check you tv.

Samsung frontloader problem
UE - UNBALANCE ERROR

Laundry load is unbalanced, manually loosen any tangled laundry.

If only one item of clothing needs washing, such as a bathrobe or jeans, the final spin result might be unsatisfactory and an UE error message will be shown in the display. Unbalance error is cleared by POWER switch OFF and back ON.

M115 shuts down after couple of minutes
Peter, i think u need to check your power saver settings. It might be set to 15 minutes or less. If settings are correct, then try to update BIOS. Pls visit support.toshiba.com for US model or toshiba.ca/support for Canadian model to look for the updated BIOS version.
