Sir, i am working washing unit company,i am having one problem in w455h 6kg machine,in my unit all washing machines are connected in plc and pneumatic valves,then the problem is water in automatically not drained at the time,the external pump is connected to the drain out in 6kg machine,in automatic mode it was not drained,when it goes manual mode it will be working the external pump.pls tell us to guide what do to rectify my problem. 2.W4130h & w3130h - it's a regular problem is Error not drained,at the time clean all the section and its working,sometimes all the section are good,but its shows error not drained.

Does each machine have its own water outlet filter? If so I would suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter.
Here are my complete, general pre-typed guidance notes for checking the filter ;-0)

If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob.

REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!

It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
