You can do a master reset to your Nokia mobile. This could restore your phone with default factory settings. Get the master reset code from any Nokia store. All the best mate.

I do not how to set this specifically for JAMA. But I have succesfully set it up (both airtel live and airtel mobile office) for JAQ3 as well as a lower end one (i don't remember the model).

For mobile office, you basically need to set up a new modem connection (look at your connections screen from settings). Give a name to the connection (for ex., "airtelmo")
Select "Cellular line (GPRS)" as the modem and then give the access point "airtelgprs.com". Then leave the username, password, domain etc blank and finish. Then launch internet explorer and it should be able to connect and proceed

For airtel live or airtel online, AIRTEL people would say they don't support it on imate, but it only means that they don't know what they are talking about. The only additional thing that you need to do for these is setting up proxy server settings. Also, for airtel live, the access point name should be "airtelfun.com"
Now, depending on your phone, you may need to set up your airtel live access point within the work network rather than ISP, because that is the one for which i mate supports proxy. The proxy server setting is 100.1.200.99:8080 (this is an HTTP proxy). This should be able to get you on to internet on your imate.
