I bought print shop 21 yesterday , then got a virus on my laptop. i have had to revert it back to factory, so i ahve lost all my programmes, can i download the print shop programme again and use the same serial code

When installing the printshop 20 i get the erroe1305 c\ program files \commonfiles\broderbund\core fonts\vizlhi_ttf verify that this file exist and that you can access it i have cleaned the disc and have removed the scrathes and it still does not install i have install it before with no prombles

Can you get into safe mode normally F8 on startup then let window load if it will and uninstall the anti virus in control panel add remove programmes then restart hopefully it will be ok again if so look for another anti virus free avg is quite good i use it

Sounds like the hard drive is having problems. Try running CHKDSK to check for errors and a good anti virus programme if that has no effect, try saving your data to another drive before it is lost and then fit a fresh hard drive loading your programmes back on.
It is a laborious task but better than losing all of your stuff!

if you have deleted from ur photo album then u can get it back from ur folder, and if deleted from folder u can download it from the album, but if both, then in acer there is a button on the top just below in green colour if i not is taken it is also called recovrey button with that u can relocate ur files

could be you lost a file, turn off your anti-virus and reload the cd see if it will copy over the missing file. I have a feeling you lost a dynamic link for the program, i would remove it and reinstall the software if it were me

You can revert back to Factory Settings only if your laptop came with a preinstalled OS. You can Restore to Factory Backup using the disc provided with your laptop. If you dont have one, you can just format your drive and clean install any OS you like.

if you have an anti virus programme installed, start your pc in safe mode (F8 while booting up) and then run your anti virus and anti spyware programme and also check your temp folder for suspicious folders dated arond the time you downloaded, the only free good anti virus programme is AVG 8 free if you don't have one.
