Hi I have a Samsung HLN467W, a 46" DLP TV. And after 50-60 minutes, it starts to flicker white, like lightning flashes. But the whole screen is not blank white, it's more like the images are flickering white, like a film negative. There is also a noticeable high pitch noise coming from the TV. The TV is about 7 years old. And has never needed a repair. Thanks

Curt, did you ever figure out this issue? I have the 567W and having the same issue. I am leaning toward the color wheel as well, just wondering if you replaced the color wheel and if that fixed the issue. Thanks

Hi,
It seems color wheel problem in your tv that gets problem after some time and you hear high pitch noise along with picture flicker.
Color wheel need to be replaced to solve this issue. Required color wheel is available with PartStore.com (click to view image of part and price info) and it is job of qualified tv repairman because light engine will take apart for that.

I have a samsung HLN467W DLP and when I turn it on it just makes a loud annoying beep that stops and starts. TV shuts off and then turns back on again and repeats the beeping. The TV on/off sequence stops...

if all three lights on the front blink when it stops then yes. you can removed the colorwheel and inspect it most of the time if the sound is loud the colorwheel is shattered
