The most important cables only FIT one plug. If it fits in one but will not fit in ANY others. Thats probably where it goes.
If you need to know which wires for your case such as front usb slots try this pinout diagram
http://image.pinout.net/pinout_files/standard-usb-pinout.gif
Otherwise you will need to be more specific.

I want to install daylight rolling lights, how should I wire it to fuse box?

rygO5JPM6h8HWAf9hLz0wbJIlzX6N"> If I am not wrong then this might be the picture of a nissan sentra se fuse box near the battery in engine bay.
Turn the ignition key off. Check a fuse slot with the help of a 12volt tester pen for continuity and find a slot which does not show any voltage. Now turn the ignition key on and check the same fuse slot. If it does show 12 volts on tester pen then its will be your connection point for your DRL's positive wire. Turn the ignition key off and tap your DRL's red wire (+ve wire) to this slot and connect your DRL's black wire (-ve wire) to your car's body. Thats it then....

Have a lose wire on a stihl 021 chainsaw by air filter but don,t know where it goes to

It probably goes to the ground on the choke lever. Remove the air filter and look at the area where the shut off switch is located, you should see a small slot where the wire slides in and connects with a metal piece in the stop position.

I don't know where to connect the sable cable from the hard drive to the motherboard.

I'm not sure what a Sable Cable is, but if you're talking about a cable that from the hard drive to the motherboard look real close with a flashlight and the slots are labeled on the board. Normally if that is the only hard drive it will go into Slot 1, or IDE 1 or SATA 1. Sometimes they start numbering them with zero and if that's the case put it in 0.

Dtc 21 codes check light

This is a dtc for the main oxygen sensor, or MOS heater.

Some models don't have a heater on the sensor, indicated by a single wire connection. If the sensor has a heater, there is a 4 wire connection.

The fix is usually to replace the whole unit. It helps to have the exhaust hot when this is done, but take care. You might also need a long socket with a slot up the side of it.

Replaced starter and when ignition is turned on the starter stays engaged.

Either the solenoid is junk or you hooked it up wrong.
Don't know exactly what you're working on but in general for GMs,
There will be two large connections and one or two smaller connections on the solenoid
On large connection should have been connected to the starter when it was purchased. Don't use it for anything else.
The other larger connection is for the battery positive cable and any of the wires that had a larger eyelet. At least one, maybe two wires.
Then on to the smaller connections of the solenoid.
One will be labeled "S". Use this one for the wire with the small eyelet.
