Hi my name is Sally, My Grandchild has a Pendo NEOS Flek 7 Tablet. We cannot view movies only the sound. But we can view the trailer. What are we missing?

You are probably missing some codecs to enable your tablet playback movies (audio+sound).

See if you can your tablet to download VLC apk; install and enjoy your movies as you like.

Hi! I have no memory of subscribing to Kindle Unlimited. I'm not even sure what Kindle Unlimited means. Does it refer to books or movies? I hardly ever watch movies.

I think you meant that is 90° of portrait. Unfortunately, a lot of apps do that and its a nuisance.

My grandson sat on kindle, now it will not come on, can I recover information on it, books, movies etc and have it put on a upgrade?

If you have an amazon account then all your books and movies will automatically be available on a new kindle when you log in to your account. Any photos etc. which weren't backed up to your account may be lost.

View portrait screen

Tap the settings icon that looks like a gear in the top right corner of the screen and there should be an option to lock and unlock the screen orientation.

The tablet has a setting in the control panel that you can find by pushing the bottom right corner. when you tap the corner it will show you an active internet connection and some bars with what look like spots in them. Touch those bars to get the options panel. Then tap the "settings" spot. Tap the "screen" option. Under that option there is "auto-rotate screen" That will help you get the landscape view on your tablet.
