Hello... sorry to hear you are having problems! First we need to determine if you have a factory aftermarket navigation system If it is factory, there is not very many options for you the consumer to do yourself. If you have an aftermarket radio (store bought) then find where the antenna is located. Most of the newer antennas are about 1 inch by 1 inch square. If it is on your dashboard, it needs to be routed to the exterior of the vehicle. Navigation is done by "line of sight" with the satellite. If it is blocked by metal under the dash or the under the roof of the vehicle then that would be your problem. If your antenna is outside the car, then you may have a break in the line which would require replacement of the antenna. All that I have spoke of is if you have an aftermarket system. Each aftermarket system is gender specific, meaning if you have a JVC headunit, then you will have to go to a shop that carrys or can get JVC parts. Maybe this helped! Good luck with your venture!
