We have a kingavon 30 safe the batteries are low and will not open the safe and we has lost the key. The number on the lock is 811492. Can we get a replacement key?

simply googled the make and model number and it told us the release code (if not removed by owner)

I have the Kinavon 28 safe, I have lost the keys and the batteries started to die, eventually the batteries I think have given up, I use to get all the three lights on, red, yellow green but now I'm only getting the yellow light on, there's no clicking as It usually did, has anyone any Ideas how I can access It or resolve this problem?
