I assume it does not need it or there is no support for windows 10 https://www.dell.com/support/home/uk/en/ukbsdt1/product-support/product/dell-wir-touch-mouse-wm713/drivers if you download the guide it tels you what to do for windows 7. However since it does not tell your for windows 10 you may find that you cant use it. Winodws 10 is supposed to eliminate the need for drivers as it finds them for you. Dell WM713 wireless mouse

Where can I find the driver download for this on windows 7 64bit.

If you cannot locate the driver on Dell's website, you can use the Windows 7 mouse driver for this mouse and all the features will still work. Try this:

Go to your Device Manager > Choose "Mice and other pointing devices >"Click the name of the Dell mouse you'd like to update. Click the tab labeled "Driver" and then click "Update Driver." Select "Search automatically for updated driver software." Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.

I am Looking for Sony VGP-BMS77 VAIO Rechargeable Bluetooth Wireless Laser Mouse drivers but i can only find the vista one and it is telling me that it will only work with vista and I need to work on...

Windows 7 and Windows Vista were built off of almost the same code. Try using the windows vista drivers anyway. If it doesn't work, you can always uninstall them.
