Welcome to Fixya. The first thing - try battery pull. When device is on remove the battery, wait a minute and turn the battery back to the device.
If it won't help then wipe the device memory via the following steps:
1. Backup all sensitive data from usb-connected device via BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
2. Wipe the device memory.
3. Restore the data you saved on the step 1.

ok i understant that but my bb is not picking up on my laptop and how do i wipe the device memory
Do you have thge BB desktop manager on your computer. What i mean to wipe the device memory is to remove everything that is saved specially the clip that you have downloaded. Thats why you need to back it up.
