Backspace key

The backspace can be accessed by pressing fn (lower right hand corner) and the delete button.
Hope that helps!

How do you backspace on the keyboard of Amazon Kindle Fire

On the right side of the keyboard is a key with a left-pointing arrow with an 'x' in it, just above the carriage return key.

Backspace key is stuck

You'll have to take it in to an Apple store or an Apple authorized repair center to have the keyboard replaced.

Just been given a ASUS Eee PC 900, with Linux. It says press the Enter Key, but I can not find a Enter Key as such. What key do I have to press.? Driving me crazy

Well, the Enter key is the one with the symbol of a left-pointing arrow with a short 'up bit' on the right-hand side of it. I think its to the right of the @ sign and on the same row. Incidentally the OTHER left-pointing arrow without the up bit on it is the backspace. Thats up above the Enter key also on the right-hand side of the keyboard. Regards, nicam49

I took the letters off my keyboard (old Apple white) to clean. Now all the keys with the metal clip underneath aren't working right. Is there an easy solution save buying a new keyboard?

Apple does not make their hardware in a manner that allows an end user to mess with.

MacAlly makes replacement keyboards for less than an actual Apple keyboard replacment. Available at MacMall.com

My Sylvania Meso G keyboard does not type properly

Mine has the same issue and it was brand new. I do computer repairs so I was comfortable opening mine up. It looks like the VERY short keyboard ribbon is bent at a right angle and at that angle there is a very small rip in the ribbon that severed at least one of the traces. Thus, many of my keys do not work. Also the connector is very hard to get to. You need very small hands or a long, thin needle-nose pliers set to guide it into the slot. Really no way to fix the ribbin cable once it's severed so you're best off trying to find a replacement keyboard.

Space bar, left-side enter key and backspace do not respond.

Try buying a can of compressed air and cleaning around those areas if you have spilled liquid on them ,that could be the prob as well
