Well, the Enter key is the one with the symbol of a left-pointing arrow with a short 'up bit' on the right-hand side of it. I think its to the right of the @ sign and on the same row. Incidentally the OTHER left-pointing arrow without the up bit on it is the backspace. Thats up above the Enter key also on the right-hand side of the keyboard.

on the right hand side of the main keyboard (not on the number pad side).
idicated by an arrow pointing to the left (above the shift key and below the backspace key)
Mine has the same issue and it was brand new. I do computer repairs so I was comfortable opening mine up. It looks like the VERY short keyboard ribbon is bent at a right angle and at that angle there is a very small rip in the ribbon that severed at least one of the traces. Thus, many of my keys do not work. Also the connector is very hard to get to. You need very small hands or a long, thin needle-nose pliers set to guide it into the slot. Really no way to fix the ribbin cable once it's severed so you're best off trying to find a replacement keyboard.
My keyboard is an Apple Mac wireless model A1255, not an Acer product. Can you still help ?
