You said it isn't a retail version? Is it a cracked or pirated installation ? Win update won't touch an unvalidated Windows installation. If you do have a retail key, try this

If you're using Windows 7, check if it's running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system. On your computer, go to Start menu > right-click on Computer > Properties. Take note of the System Type.

I recently updated to windows 7 from vista. im having loads of problems with my intel chipset with integrated graphics...i got the windows 7 drivers for it already and im still having problems idk if its...

You'll need to access the computer manufacturer's support site to find the appropriate 64-bit driver for this chipset. If you post the make/model of computer I can probably assist with that.

Hope that's helpful.

I am trying to install AutoCAD 2004 on my new computer with windows 7 and wont install. Any ideas?

AutoCAD 2004 and Windows 7 are NOT compatible. You will need to upgrade to AutoCAD 2010 either 32-bit or 64-bit. Even with the upgrade, there are known limitation issues.

I am running windows 7 , however I cannot get my print master gold 11 to run with this operating system . It seems to have something to do with the 64 bit

Check out whether you are running 32 or 64 bits.If you are running Windows at 64 bits, you may not have enough memory to actually manage it. 4 gigs of RAM is the norm for 64 bit installations. This is more likely if you upgraded and didn't buy your computer with 7 preloaded, but you should have gotten a caution message during installation if that was the case.

Go to start, computer, and then system properties. Then look at whether you are running X64 edition. If you are running x64 and don't have enough memory or a fast enough chip, that can create problems. That usually takes the form of crashes during games and other graphic intensive programs. If that is the case, you might have to change your Windows installation.

Make sure that you go to Microsoft update advisor and Broderbund's printmaster updates to make sure you have the latest drivers. Usually, if you go to help in the program menu there is a way to update automatically. It may be under about or something like that. Printmaster was designed to work at 32 bits, but most programs will run on 64.

Hope this helps, leave comments if you have more questions.
