The Janome site do partial manuals for some machines.
They have manuals for the MyLock 644D:

And for the MyLock 634D:

They should be similar enough to your machine to help withtthreading etc.

I couldn't find a manual for the MyLock 234 on the Janome site.
There is one available free to download for the MyLock 204D.

I think it's only a partial mauanl but it should be similar enough to help you get atrted witht the basics of threading the machine etc.

Check there is no thread caught in the tension units and set them ALL to 3 for the Factory setting......try a sample.....if it looks good, OK, if not, try to balance it by gently altering the knobs on the right (loopers) until they form an even tension in balance with each side of the fabric.
