Which LG 265 phone do you have? The Rumor 2 VM265 has the English version of the manual here: http://www.lg.com/us/mobile-phones/LG-VM265.jsp . Click on Resources. The Script LG265 manual is here: http://www.lg.com/us/mobile-phones/LG-LG265.jsp (again click on Resources for the manual as a pdf in English). There are also the Banter UX265 and AX265 or the Rumor 2 LX265 (for more information on these, go to http://www.lg.com/us/mobile-phones/view-all-phones/index.jsp?value=ALL . Then scroll through the list or search specifically for the model you need.)

i had a simular problem my booklet was in greek or maybe russian

i managed to find a basic intruction book if you want it email me and i'll send it when i get home

its a pdf file it mostly explains key fuctions etc
