Perhaps the power did not come on cleanly (lots of surges, dips and sags while it was reconnected). This could result in improper power on reset in the stove controller. "PF" probably indicates the oven was on at the time of the last power failure (signals baking was interrupted abnormally), or the previously described reset problem.
Try unplugging the stove and plugging it back in, then press the CANCEL button if you don't see the normal display. Press the Clock button, enter the time using the number pads, then press Start.
If you don't have the manual for your oven, you can download it free from Frigidaire, but get your model number first (open the drawer at the bottom and look around in there if it isn't posted on the oven door frame). There are at least half a dozen models in this series. When you get the page for your model, click on the Guides/Manuals tab.
