Open the Print Que and see if it will let you pause the print job. Then close the que and turn the printer off. Open the print que again and see if it will let you delete it. For some reason every now and again a que will hang. This process should reset the que. It will dump everything in printer memory and should release the document to delete the job. In any event pausing the job should release the printer to print other jobs.
Go to Printers & Faxes, open your printer (the window where you see the documents being printed), and from the upper menu leftmost item (Printer) uncheck the option "Work offline" or similar. Then try resuming or restarting print.
Go to control panel on your computer, then go to printers and other hardware or printers and faxes, right click on epson icon and left click on resume printing, or you can cancel the document then when it says 0 and ready as status, try printing again.
We will experience this issue if the documents are pending on the printer icon or if the printer icon is paused. Check the status of the printer icon in control panel and clear all the pending documents and make it online if it is offline and then try to print.
Might be a pending job gone wild. I would turn off the printer, then go to "Control Panel" and click "Printers". Double click the one you're having problem with, delete all printing documents and re-connect the printer.
You can also try a differnt USB cord or port, otherwise - the machine needs a factory reset.
