"F20" error code is indicating that no water is detected entering the
machine or the pressure switch trip is not detected. If after 30 seconds
of filling with water and the minimum of 0.11 of water is not detected
entering or the maximum fill time of 16 minutes is exceeded, the valves
will turn off and the error code will be displayed. It is an indication that you either
have no water coming into the washer, or very little water at all. If you have verified the water pressure is fine, you may have a faulty Flow Meter. You could remove the cold and hot water supply lines, after shutting the water off of course, at the washer and then look to see if
the filter screen is restricted inside the water inlet valve on the
washer.
The first would be to blow
through the pressure switch hose towards the tub. You should be able
to blow through the hose without much force. If the air trap the hose
is hooked up to is blocked then the pressure switch will not see the
water entering the tub. With the tub empty blow through the hose and
then hook it back up and see if there is any improvement.
