Hi, In order for you to transfer your applications into your memory card, your phone needs to be upgraded from an Android 2.1 version (Eclair) into Android version 2.2 (Froyo). The Froyo version incorporates the installation of apps into the memory card, among other things. As far as I know, there is no official update yet for your phone to be upgraded to Froyo but Samsung assured that there will be one very soon. The update should be in the Kies software that you use for your phone to sync with your computer. Just let the software check for any updates via internet connection. Prerequisite to run Android 2.2 Froyo on HTC HD2

1. Flash HardSPL3 on HTC HD2
2. Flash any HTC HD2 Radio ROM Leo_RADIO 2.08 onward

Guide to install and run mattc Leo + Froyo w/Sense 1.7 build

1. Download zip file here.
2. Extract contents of zip file to your SD card. Note - Android folder should be located at root level (SD card\Android).
3. Using file explorer in Windows Mobile, inside the 'Android' folder run CLRCAD.exe (to fix audio issue). Don't worry, it will appear to do nothing, that is normal.
4. Run Haret.exe.
5. Enjoy...

Note - Android 2.2 Froyo on HTC HD2 is not perfect yet compare the actual Android phone HTC Desire. Some functions are not working. And I got white and black screen of death (SOD) sometimes. But it is getting better and better each day. Hoping it will out perform actual Android phone out there soon.

First make sure you running Froyo, Android OS version 2.2 at least. Then you'll find Flash in Android Market. And if you have Froyo better explain what error you get when you try to install Flash. good luck!

2.2 Froyo is actually the latest update for android. If it isnt downloading automatically if you go to main menu and android market and search for android 2.2 Froyo you can download the upgrade from there.
