In the Timekeeping Mode, hold down A for about three seconds until the currently selected city code flashes in the upper digital display. This is the setting mode. The correct time zone setting for Arizona on this watch is YEA (Edmonton International Airport). Hold the adjust button for several seconds until the three code time zone starts flashing, then use the forward/back buttons to select YEA.You need to keep the DST mode off, so press mode once, then the forward button to select off in the DST select screen. From there, you can then press mode to manually adjust each time/date area individually. The final thing that you can adjust is the language, choose ENG for english. Press adjust to keep your settings, and you should be good to go.
You hold down the A button for a few seconds until it beeps. The A button is the one that says 'adjust' on it and is at the top left hand corner of the watch face. After that you adjust your home city time by pressing the bottom right hand button. After you hit adjust again the watch face will rotate to the home city time. You can see your home city change in the bottom right hand lcd display. A description of the home city codes is in the manuals you can download from the site posted above

To stop any alarm, press any button.

6) Hourly Chime (SIG): Press C until alarm mode is reached (AL1 - AL4 + SNZ and SIG). Press D to select hourly chime (SIG). Press A to toggle chime on and off.
Press C to return to Timekeeping mode.
With the time showing, hold down the set button for about 3 seconds - it should switch to the city display. Use the receive/start/stop button to select your city (probably CHI) and press set again to save.

Press C to enter alarm mode (AL1 - AL4 + SNZ and SIG). Press D to select alarm to adjust. Hold A until alarm time flashes. Press B and D to adjust alarm time. Press C to toggle between hour and minutes set. Press A to exit. Press A to turn alarm on and off.
Repeat for AL2 - AL4. Press C to return to Timekeeping mode.

Press C to enter alarm mode (AL1 - AL4 + SNZ and SIG). Press D to select snooze alarm (SNZ). Hold A until snooze alarm time flashes. Press B and D to adjust snooze alarm time. Press C to toggle between hour and minutes set. Press A to exit. Press A to turn snooze alarm on and off.
To turn any alarm off, press any button. To cancel next snooze, Press C to go to either the timekeeping screen or the snooze alarm screen.
