Our power went off in our neighborhood. We have our Nordic Track A2350 plugged into a surge protector. When the power came back on, we have not been able to get the Track to work. All the lights came on, but couldn't clear it or get it to work. Is there a reset button?
Thanks, Linda Hall

All electronics should have a surge protector. So when the power flickers and send a power surge to electronic plugged into the wall the circuit board is protected like your computer.
plealse LUBE the deck belt + rollers bearing too . you must do it after 150 miles aprox. 2) adjust the REED switch see the diagram, clean it, test for open or faulty. Tight the connector very well. God bless you
Make sure the power is plugged in then insert the red safety key into the front. If you are not receiveing power after that then check that it is a dedicated outlet, that is not a gfci outlet, and that the breaker is not flipped.
I've seen this problem several times, but many things can cause it. It's most likely the motor control board, but it could be a number of things. I'd have it looked at.
