Make sure your ctis selector knob is in the neutral position, and your manual switch if applicable is not engaged for all wheels. crack the center nut at the wheel hub for the ctis with a 3/4 wrench then crack the lug nuts before lifting the truck to disconnect the ctis line completely from the base then take your lug nuts the remainder of the way off. flip the procedure for install. goodluck

How do i replace broken hinge on fuel door for 1999 toyota corolla

Replace fuel filter on 1999 C3500 with 6.5--Loosen the 2 screws that hold the CTIS compressor in place. Move the CTIS compressor forward towards the radiators to give yourself room. The silver cylinder with a black round cap in the center is the fuel filter assembly. Clean up the area surrounding the filter and retaining ring. Unscrew the black cap that encircles the entire assembly. Clean off all the dirt on the retaining ring and filter housing threads. Coat retaining ring threads with grease.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I own a 2007 Yamaha Virago XV250 VI. I am looking for an owners manual as I know enough about my bike to know I don't know. Currently I know that the front tire needs air but I don't know to what...

Look at the sidewall of both tires. There will be a 'MAX PSI' embossed on the tire. It will probably say Max 45 PSI. At 45psi the bike will ride like a rock. At 15psi it will ride really squirrely. Find a psi at which you feel the bike handles well and rides well. One rider may weigh 125 pounds and the next rider may weigh 300 pounds. The best psi for each rider will be different due to weight. Chances are that 30 to 35 psi will do the trick. A Yamaha dealer should be able to get you a manual. Please take a moment to rate my answer. Thanks.

I just purchased a Schwinn "Safari" 16" boys bike

Why do you need the manual? It is more than likely a coaster brake bike, and a users manual is not going to answer any technical stuff anyway. If, you are concerned with the safety of it, go to a Schwinn bicycle dealer and have them check it out. Tire pressure is on the sidewall of the tire.

What are some things I can easily do to get better gas milage?

There are a few things that you can do that will not cost you a arm and a leg.

  1. Replace the air filter and turn it into a cold air intake
  2. replace the exhaust
  3. change your spark plugs to a higher firing
  4. Add a chip into your computer
These are things that you can do without spending so much money, from there you can go into boring the heads, changing the valves, changing the tranny and rear gear ratio and so forth. But you also need to remember that if it is a 4 cylinder you are more limited then if it is a 6 cylinder.

I have a 2007 toyota matrix. I would like to know what kind of service is needed at 25,000 miles and what is the cost?? thanks

Do an oil change every 4 to 5000 miles. Check air filter and replace if necessary. Do tire rotation every 5000 miles especially if you have warranty on tires. The manual will list some other stuff but I would only be concern with the above. 25,000 miles is not a lot of mileage. Probably looking at $40. Please ask any other concerns.
