I cannot get my YahooInstantMessenger to come up when I click my screen Icon. What can I do?

right click anywhere on a blank section of the desktop screen , click on new folder
you can name it and if you have the right operating system you can change the icon to what you like
if you want an icon of a program , go to the all programs , click on the program and drag it to desk top screen

Click on green icon - "PHONE"
Click on "Recents" icon at bottom of screen
Click on "Clear" upper left of screen
Click on "Clear all Recents" at bottom os screen
Done
