The display name in voice mail is normally programmed by a computer having access to the programming. This is the name associated with a mailbox in programming. Find out who has access to make these changes.

Which ones? System speed is programmed from station 10 or 11 and goes in the 6xx's, depending on your version of software. The start is FEATURE 00 FEAT 6xx and dial the number You can continue programming more numbers by pressing FEAT 6xx or Feat 00 to exit.

Personal speed dial numbers are programmed similarly, except they are in locations 80-99 on each phone and can be programmed from the phone if it's a system phone.

Auto Dial buttons use blank buttons on your set. Feature 00 pressing the button and dialing the outside number store those. Again, Feature another button will let you program another button, or Feature 00 ends programming.

It depends on what version of Microsoft office you use. In 2007 and above, there is a program called "scanpst.exe" that will work to resolve some issues with outlok. (You can locate this by doing a "search/find" for the file name.

You can find your outlook file and back it up too. The file by default is called "outlook.pst" You may want to make a copy before you attempt repair.

The location of the file can be found by opening up outlook. Clicking "File" --> "Data File Management" Click the tab for "Data file" this will display the location of your "outlook.pst" file (or if you chose another name, it will display it there)

You will need access to the phone system "Telephone directory" form this can be done by your system administrator, or your phone vendor.

open contacts. go to settings. then goo to ccontacts view and change it to display name and number.. 

You have to go into programming under sets, and change the name. If you are unsure how do get into the system admin, then I would call a professional in, as you can do more harm....

You need to change default storage device on your phone, from phone memry to card memory. In other words, move all data (messages, songs, videos etc) from your phone memory to card memory.
for example, go to messages>options>other>momory in use - change it to memory card instead of phone. (if your memory card is not named, it will be displayed as NO NAME).
Do the same with other data also.

1 - moves right
* - moves left
# - toggles between alpha mode / numeric mode
0 - scrolls the alpha / special characters

To blank out any portion of name press 1 ( in alpha mode ) and move cursor to thr right

I am assuming you want to change the display to read another persons name, or blank. If that is correct:
Press a [DN](labeled intercom on my system) + #621.
That opens edit mode.
an example. My phone reads "MARK 29"
where Mark is the user, 29 the extension. John replaced
Mark, so target is "JOHN 29"
so intercom # 6 2 1 puts me in edit mode
# toggles between alpha/numeric
* moves the cursor, I repeat * until cursor is under M
Hit the 5 key, changes the M to J and moves cursor under the A.
Hit the 6 key, the A changes to M, and the cursor moves to under the R. I hit 0 which changes the M to N. I hit 0 again, the N changes to O.
Hit the 4 key, the R changes to G. Hit 0, G changes to H.
Hit the 6 key, K changes to M. Hit 0, that changes the K to M. Hit 0, M changes to N.
We are done, as the extension number stays the same. Hit spkr key to leave edit mode.
