Why is there no image on screen only a blue screen.

That's Blue Screen Of Death Fixing The Blue Screen Of Death - You will need to analyse the dump files and then take the required action. Check the link above and download WhoCrashed to analyse it.

How many times should i turn the fuel to air screw out on a 1999 zx6. i have it out 2 and a half turns is that the best?

Standard is 1 & 1/2 turns out- Using a infra red Gas analyser, I found they would run the best between 2 & 2 & 1/2 turns out.try to search for the setting with the smoothest idle. So yes- you seem to have it set correctly.

Printing one line on every other page

I really would need to see a print file to know what is going on.

Set the printer driver to "Print to File", when prompted, name the file "line". The driver will append a .prn to the name.

The resulting file: "line.prn" can then be analysed using any Hex Editor if it is a PCL file or A Postscript error analyser if the job is in Postscript.

Also, fyi - I do not believe you have a simple margin error. But just to make sure, under page setup, make sure that you have the correct page size selected in the driver and the same on the printer.
