My htc hd2 will not connect to the internet for some reason, please could you help

You don't need to install any special PC suite software when connecting your HTC HD2 to your computer. Just connect it using a USB cable and you will be ask to choose the type of USB Connection that you want (Active Sync, Disk Drive or Internet Sharing).

if you haven''t got that do this:
1- go to: software112.com
2- search this:
HTC PC Suite 2.0.33

sir please call to the related simcard customer care and say the cellphone model number.and the phonenumber then they will send the gprs settings to your cellphone save the settings and switch off your cellphone and again switch on.then connect the data cable from phone to the computer for connecting the internet...........

clear the IP address and port setting. Then try again

need to do a hard reset because for some reason it does not take your password it happened to me and they told me to just hard reset
