make sure there is the directx is installled and updated... (you can install it from internet..) also make sure your pc has graphics requirements for the game... make sure the directx driver is active in device manager..

first you have to unlock the other six characters by beating the game with certain characters, gotta unlock, Dan, Sakura, Fei Long, Cammy, Rose, and Gen. after that you must beat the game with 2 perfects and 2 ultra finishes without any continues, after defeating seth you must defeat akuma. make sure you dont go over 2 ultra finishes or else you fight gouken and you can't unlock him until you unlocked akuma first
