My hp 5610 all in one says and displays this code "error oxd05d010d" reset power, making feirce nose, 3 buttons are blinking like copy, fax, scan. I don't know what shall do ? pls i need your help quickly

Try resetting the printer.

1. With the power turned on on the printer; disconnect the USB cable from the printer.

2. Disconnect the power cord from rear of printer.

3. Wait 60 seconds.

4. Reconnect the power cord; if printer does not turn on, press the Power button.

5. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.

6. Reconnect USB cable to rear of printer.

lets start uninstalling your hp oj 5610 software from the uninstall program to remove it properly. Second is to install the software again... if the problem occurs the best thing to do is to go to the nearest HP Service Center in your area... i hope it helped.

This error means there is an internal error condition. To resolve this error remove the cartridges from your printer. Now wait for message "Insert the cartridges' to appear on the printer, as soon as the message appears disconnect the power cord from back of the printer. (Restart the printer if message doesn't appear) Now wait for a minute and plug back the power cord, if doesn't turns on itself then press the power button.

Insert the cartridges and check whether you are still getting the same error. If you are still getting the same error then try pressing # and 9 key simultaneously to reset the printer, wait for a while to let the printer complete the reset.

2. Press and hold # and 6 while reconnecting the power cord to the product, and then release both buttons.
3. Try making a color copy by pressing the Start Copy Color button on the product control panel.
   • If the semi-full reset resolves the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.
