I had the same problem with my lg optimus l3. first do phone switch off & switch on again. if safe mode displayed again, you have to remind the installed app or game before display "safe mode" at first time. then uninstall the app. then your problem will be ok

Factory reset should be the last thing you try. Dont take this the wrong way, (I just dont know what you have done, why you are in safe mode, etc), but have you tried just re booting it, ie shutting it off and turning it back on normally? If that doesnt do it, pull the battery out, wait about five minutes, then put it back in and turn it on again.
