Need help to unistall - Disney Interactive Disney Learning Adventure: Search for the Secret Keys for Windows

You've not provided enough information for me to accurately help you with this problem.
General computer health suggestions:
if you have Vista or lower as a primary operating system, you may need to defragment your main hard drive (DO NOT DEFRAG A SOLID STATE DRIVE!)
Unistall crapware - Unistall any programs you don't use (many probably came bundled with your operating system when you bought the computer) and disable any extra toolbars you may have active

When you uninstall, the GIMP's directory in USER>Gimp (version#) is not erased in case you reinstall and want all your brushes and such back.
To completely uninstall GIMP, you have to delete that folder after you uninstall the software. (To get to that folder, you can go to C Drive> Users> USER> gimp (version #). )

In Windows7: Go to Control Panel > Program > Unistall program > Click deepfreeze > Click unistall > Done.
If you use Windows XP you can go to Control Panel > Add or Remove a Program and unistall from there.

If memory serves mr right.. musicmatch jukebox is no longer supported I think it has become affiliated with yahoo.. BUT if it won't let you reinstall it, you may need to unistall it first,, either using the unistall menu OR using your control panel and add/remove programs. Then you can attempt a new installation

Install Revo Unistaller (available from: www.revouninstaller.com) and use it to unistall AVG. Also you could try disabling / stopping avg before trying to unistall it.

Sounds like the an unistall has already run and failed or the unistall files have been deleted. If possible reinstall completely and then uninstall. If none of this works try the norton removal tool found here http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039
