Hi can a Matching paper size is not available cause a printer konica bizhub c350 to be offline?

make sure the paper in the trays are the same size as what your sending

check the gear assy behind the front cover of the bottom draw

It you look no matching paper from the computer, print it.
setting printer properties,settings defaults,original size select to match.

bizhub c350 is not installed properly, the driver you are using are the correct drivers.

Very vague. but make sure the dial is set right on tray one to match the setting of your driver. (media type not size, but 8.5X11 thick 1 is not the same paper as 8.5X11 thick 2. The machine will tell you exactly what size and type you have requested of it. Simply Make the drawer match.

How about this, if you look what paper tray are avaible from the display pannel, is there a matching size paper tray or is the tray you are trying to use another size then lets say LTR. Is it a different size, if so you may have paper jamed behind the paper tray causing a different paper size, if so remove the jamed paper..... Also, the other suggestion are good as well.
