As of now PSN is down and currently undergoing maintenance this April
21, 2011 at midnight. If you receive this message don't panic since
there were lots of other PS3 user encountered this error message. All you have to do is wait until maintenance is completed.
Go to SMS. Delete any messages from T-Mobile or whatever your system provider is.
Then All Messages in the lower left
Menu on the right
Scroll down to Tools
Choose Empty Deleted Items
I had this problem too. Apparently by default it only moves deleted SMS to a "trash" until you do this.
If you receive an error message that tells you that you have an
unsupported cartridge, then you need to remove the cartridge. After
installing the appropriate type of ink cartridge you should no longer
receive the error message and you can then perform a print test. Instruction on how avoid unsupprted cartridge message.
Lift up the scanner unit (with the power
on). The printer cartridge carrier will move to the top of the printer
into the loading position.
Press
down on the lever above the cartridge and then raise the cartridge lid.
Remove the cartridge and make sure the cartridge supports no more than
four colors (cyan, yellow, magenta and black) and a speed of 22 parts
per notation.
Insert
the compatible ink cartridge into the carrier and then lower the
cartridge lid. Close the scanner unit, then make sure plain white paper
is inserted into the paper loader.

message should be gone. Press the "Select" button and a test alignment

Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services and make sure that Windows Installer service is set to manual or auto and click Start to start the service.
I received an unlock code from the Adobe Company and was able to unlock the program. I am now able to view my pictures and use other functions of the program.
