Mine stopped working after only a few uses. It turns out that the safety microswitch button wasn't being depressed. The little button on the bottom of the pulp collector had broken off. (Image #1) I put a 1/4 inch piece of a shishkabob skewer in the hole before putting the pulp collector on. (image #2) It works fine now. It's still safe. The motor will not start unless the pulp collector (receptacle) is in place and locked in. Be sure to unplug the machine before doing this.

Hi all,I got the solution! After loosing my instructions I dissassembled past the blade. I have a white 250 watt (I found that on the side of the juicer it just says250W ) You will need a plilips screw driver to take the 3 screws that are in the blade, take out the screws.Pull the silver handle over the juicer so its on the side where the juice comes out, it should lock in. Then where the blade used to be ther is a round orange plastic. Holding the basket so it doesn't move, turn (as hard as you can) counterclockwise un til it screws off.If you don't have strong hands get your husband, friend, brother who has strong hands or put some strong arms into it. once you get that off every thing under it just comes off till you get to the moter. Rember to UNPLUG the unit, and don't loose the screws to the blade.TADAA...I knew I could figure it out.
If you have the tool that came with the juicer its orange with a prong on both ends. U put those into the holes on. the blade and same as above put the silver bar on the side where the juice comes out. hold the basket and turn counterclockwise.I hope you all get your juicers dissassemble! mbatalis0913

use the crescent tool to turn the blade counterclockwise while holding the filter. it doesnt take too much effort, and then you can lift it right up. If you do not have it, have someone hold the filter as you turn the blade with two hairpins. I lost the tool and thats what worked for me.
