Hi when I call using my At&t gophone it says ''pps 6170 you're not allowed to call this number'' whatever may be the problem?

Hi if you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....
If you lock your phone again some time in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. CHEERS..

This is important that you make sure its provisioned properly with your carrier which means make sure they have all features updated , if not then go ahead and do a os reload on it

is it a PTZ camera or Fix? how many cameras? You need to look at the type of capacity (MBPS) & (PPS) , minimum latency and Jitter your camera manufacturre is recommending. Not all wireless devices offer low latency, Low Jitter, High MBPS and PPS needed for higher end cameras.

Maybe some of component loose touching on surface of pcb. you can try this solution, but must have some tools to do that. Pill out the membrane keypad, by using the blower or heat gun, try to heat overall pcb. don't put so closed, for alternative tool if you don't have blower, i think you can try using Hair Blower. But carefully handle.
