It is unlikely someone will simply reply with where to find those diagrams online. Here is a post somwhere else online I found that may help "Chilton's and Haynes both make books for your truck. There is no factory service manual available unless you find a paper copy on Ebay"Also you can also check out your local library for those books. Some have them some dont.good luck.
I FOUND THIS ON ANOTHER SITE, BUT HAVE NOT YET TRIED IT. Had the same problem - you can't buy transfers from the oven maker but you can make your own - I bought laser Water Transfer decal paper (£13 for 10 sheets of A4 clear) - made up my dials in powerpoint (test print them for fit, layout etc on normal paper) then printed them on the decal paper and put them on the facia (ensure clean before application). A good start is to scan your instruction book (it has the original dials in it). Let them dry fully. Mine went on 8 months ago and still there (onto stainless steel). A little work and only a tenner in cost ... forget getting new facia that's probably what they want :)

If you still have your instruction book look for for the location of the idle adjustment screw. If you find that and adjusting does not help. try some Seafoam this is a carb cleaner. put a little in the tank with some fresh gas. start it and run this thru then readjust your idle. Don't forget to ck the air filter and clean or replace it, replace it if you can't see day light thru it.
