You need to call your service provider to get this code. It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes, you can permanently damage the device. service provider has and not one that you would know or have in your
manual. If your an AT&T customer they do provide PUK on their

means ur cellphone sim card is block and you have to enter your PUK pin to unlock of course if you still have ur PUK pin.or you can just buy a new sim card coz it's just very cheap now a days...good luck
It is a code you have to get from your phone provider... Yo more than likely dont know it, Call them, and give them your info, then ask for your PUK...
