SOURCE: I have one of GRX-TVI connected with 0-10v current

I see one definite issue here, and possibly a second...

First, the TVI isn't controlled by a 0-10V dimmer, it needs to be controlled by a line-voltage dimmer (usually one that's rated for fluorescent dimming ballasts). The point of the TVI is to convert a line-voltage dimming signal into a 0-10V dimming signal. If you already have the 0-10V dimmer, you shouldn't need the TVI.

Your potential issue may also have to do with LED/dimmer compatibility. In some systems the light fixture sources the current, in other ones, the dimmer does - and the wrong combination can causes errors. Regardless, I suggest getting the make

I have 2 led transforms connected to a toggle switch. Can I put a toggle dimmer 600W controlling these transforms?

That depends on several things. Some LED power supplies are not dimmable, and will flash instead of dim properly when used with a dimmer. Many will work just fine. There are also specialty dimmers that are designed to work with transformers, though I've not found them much different.

Transformer hum with dimmers is a problem. Lutron may offer you an inductor to add to the wire to help. Replacing your 50w bulbs with 12w LED bulbs may help, too. Same light output.

Hi Ive got a Lutron Grafik Eye 3000 controlling

I need more information. Are the fixtures pot lights? What kind of bulbs are you using? Floodlights, spotlights, incondescent (normal tungsten filaments) or fluorescent, compact fluorescent, led etc. Since most dimmers say in their instructions that they are designed for incondescent lighting only the bulb you use can either blow up the switch or cause troubles like you are specifying. Also inside pot lights are thermal cutoffs that trip and reset when the light is cool again. Can you remove the switchplates and see where it says incondescent only embossed into the aluminum heatsink? If it says something else, what does it say?

Since it is uncommon for a power supply to vary, it is more likely there is a variable drain on the system, such as a nick in the insulation, variably grounding depending on soil moisture.

I would suggest isolating most of the circuit, and only plugging in one light at first, and then adding more until you find a change.

The other way to do it would be with an inductive ammeter or audible pick up, and trace the circuit, detecting a drop in current or sound right after the drain.

Lutron ngrx-pb 2000w, problem lights flicker when you try to dim ,works fine on full load.

This could be a number of issues:
- Are the loads dimmable loads rated for that device (Incandescent, Magnetic Low-voltage)
- Is it being controlled by a proper fluorescent control
- Did this work before and now its acting goofy?

There's a number of things to investigate to diagnose this one. I strongly recommend you call their tech support line (its available 24/7) at 1-800-523-9466.

Lutron Grafik Eye Wall Stations Stopped Responding

You can try to reset the grafik eye by turning off the circuit breaker to it for about 15 seconds and then turning it back on. Sometimes, they will get a surge and it freaks out the computer inside it a little bit. If that doesn't solve it, you may have a loose connection on the back of the grafik eye unit or one of the bedside keypads. There should be a 4 conductor wire (black, red, white, green) from the master unit to the bedside unit and then from bedside unit to bedside unit. The black wire is the common (ground), the red wire is the positive, and white and green are transmit and receive. It sounds like your transmit and receive loops are not complete (white and green). This would allow the led's on the front of the keypad to light up but not communicate to the grafik eye. Be sure to turn off the circuit breaker to the grafik eye before removing either the keypads and the grafik eye from the wall.
Good Luck
