JVC HD-56FN97 when turned on blue light is solid, red ligt blinks a few times and goes out. My picture is very dark despite adjustments I make in the menu, any help or feed back apreciated.

The set does use a lamp for a light source and average life is 2 years or 2000 hours---many lamps before they actually fail get to be darker.

When i try to turn it on, the light that's red flashes blue a few times and then goes back to red. Nothing else happens.Otherwise the tv runs fine. It's happened before a few times and after a little bit...

That's a classic problem with the Polaroid TVs.

Most of the time it is problem with the power board, but there are a few models - particularily 37'' ones - where the main board goes away.

It will help to know the model of the TV to provide better help, but I bet if you simply google for it you will find the answer yourself.

The 32'' Polaroids from a few years back are *notorious* for this problem.

does this car have an aftermarket alarm system? it sounds like it does, as i dont ever recall seeing a blue flashing light in one of these cars. do you have an alarm / auto start remote control? try locking / unlocking the car several times with the remote, if it has a remote start try starting it with the remote a few times. try locking / unlocking the car with the key. good luck!

An icon came up and i dont know what it means

That is your coolant light. When the coolant is cold (car is cold) it is blue for a moment then goes out.
When the coolant is too hot, it is red.
When it flashes, you are low on coolant. Check the coolant tank level (it is the big ball shaped reservoir) and make sure you are within the operating level (about half way up, there are marks indicating proper level)

You need to turn it on so you get the intermittent flashing blue light then hold down the + button and answer button at the same time until you get a solid blue light. Then get your device to search for the headset etc......
