Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

There is no pump for pumping water into a washer; filling is done by the pressure of the supply and controlled by valves, one valve for just cold water fill and two independant valves for hot and cold fill.
Are you sure that the water supply hoses are not kinked or squashed? If they are not and yours is just cold fill then the valve is possibly malfunctioning, the control PCB is faulty or there could be a wiring fault.
If it is hot and cold and neither are filling, it could be the control PCB is faulty or there could be a wiring fault again.
Once you have confirmed that the water supply IS actually available (turn off the taps, unscrew the hoses from the washer then turn each tap on a little and gently until some water comes out. If it does screw them back. If it doesn't find out why!) you will need to call a service engineer ;-0(
Sorry cannot be of more assistance.

Zanussi FJS1197W washing machine periodically wont drain at end of wash phase

It is very unusual for a front loader, it does have both a recirculation pump and a drain pump! I don't see any diverter valves. Exploded parts diagram.

My washing machine has two flashing lights and it want drain the water it just stops half way through i think my water pump is broken

machine wont spin while it has water in my advice is to lay the drain pipe level with the floor (outside of your house) so it can drain if it doesn't drain then you have a blockage anywhere from the drum outlet into the pump to the water pipe if it does drian then take the pump apart and check it turns freely

Water is not completely pumped out of machine, I can hear it sloshing under the bowl. Have taken back off and tipped machine and some water has come out but not all of it. It is making the house smell...

sounds like you may have some blockage between the tub and pump or pump to stand pipe where water goes down the drain, check all these areas for blockage or kinked hoses

Wont pump water

If it did not pump at all I would say you had a bad pump. Try removing hoses and check for plug up. If there is no plug up, I would manually try to adjust the timer to see where in the cycle it does not pump. It could be a bad cycle timer.
