- turn OFF the mobile - remove the sim card from the mobile. - turn ON the mobile and wait for the home screen to appear - now enter *2767*3855# wait for the phone to reboot. - Upgrade Monte firmware by downloading Samsung Kies and PC Sync.

There is no Such type of Issue heard.Just Reset your Phone...
1.press Menu 2.press Settings 3.press Reset settings 4.tick or untick any of the following options: All Phone profiles Display and light Phone settings 5.choose the options to reset 6.press Reset 7.enter your password 8.press Confirm....
Anyway You can To copy numbers from SIM to phone or phone to SIM,

1. Tap Phonebook
2. Tap More
3. Tap Copy contacts
4. Tap either Phone to SIM or SIM to phone
5. Tap the contacts you wish to copy, then tap Copy.
