I have an HP Premium C309g All-in-One Printer. When I turn the printer on, the screen goes blue with "C2FE0065" listed on the bottom. Then the screen goes blank and all the lights start flashing. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Tried the two listed fixes and neither worked. Thanks

The printer has a working mode and a standby mode. It could be going into the standby mode. Pressing the power button once, or sending it a print job will usually take it out of standby mode.

Most HP All in Ones will give a problem message on the screen. Your printer may have a more involved problem and you should go to the (hp.com) printers support page at HP. When you get the support page for that printer, type the error code in the search box.

If you are plugging it into the RJ45 Network connector (without a network) you may need to use the printer setup settings to tell it what type of connection to use ( USB or Network).

If the printer is connected to your telephone line and you are using a DSL internet connection you need to put a DSL filter on the telephone line going to the printer. The printer may be picking up DSL internet signals. Again the printer setup utility will ask you what type of connection you are using.

Have you tried reinstalling the software for your printer? make sure you uninstall it first before reinstalling it.

I replaced all the ink carts in my hp photosmart premium c309g printer know the blak wont print at all and all the color prints faded. What do i do?

The ink may not reach the printhead completely.
You could wait at least 1 hour before printing.
Also do a ink cleaning cycle.

Ink Failure on HP photosmart premium C309g printer

Turn off the machine, unplug the power cord from the back of the machine, remove the ink cartridges (lift the lid up at the base of the control panel), wait 2 min, plug the power cord back in, press the on button, wait until the printer prompts that the ink cartridges are missing, then replace the ink cartridges. If this doesn't fix the problem you may have to re-prime the ink lines to clear the error. You can find instructions for this at http://www.ccl-la.com/blog/index.php/hp-photosmart-ink-system-failure-1/.

HP Premium C309 All-in-One Printer error message "C2FE0065"

I had a similar error (not the same! C2FE0100), and cleared it up with the following procedure:
1) While the HP logo was displayed on the screen, I unplugged the printer. 2) Plug the printer back in. 3) Immediately open the printer so you can see the ink cartridges. 4) Press the power button at least once. If yours is like mine, you see the error just by plugging in the printer, but it takes a minute or so. Pressing the power button for me just caused it to restart the boot sequence where I could get the error again. 5) Wait a couple of minutes. You should see the ink cartridge carrier move back and forth several times, and the screen will display a message telling you the ink access door is open (or similar). 6) I let it move the ink cartridges around for several minutes, but this probably isn't necessary. 7) Close the printer back up. 8) About a minute after closing the printer, it told me that I shouldn't turn it off by unplugging it, and that I should use the power button. 9) I pressed the power button once, and it shutdown. 10) I pressed the power button once, and this time it turned on without any error messages.
I was able to print a photo via bluetooth from my phone, and a short document from my computer, so it seems to be working OK.
