I've been employed here for several months and the previous assistant's name is on the phone line. So no one remebers what my office extension is. How do I change her name to my name so that it shows up on the display?
OK, I got this from somewhere else. But anyways, pick up the phone and dial 700, then dial the extension number, then finally you can punch in the name like you would doing a text message. When you're done, hit Hold, hang up, and hit Speaker twice.
Maybe you can dial that available 800 number because i heard that it is a great and easy way to fix the problem of having the wrong name. or contact the company off the website and get some support! hope this helped both of you.
