My game is less than 3 weeks old and has stopped working. How can I get a replacement game?

Thats the Red Rings of Death; contact Microsoft for a replacement; they will ship you a box to send them; and your replacement should be ready in a week or two.

Because the Xbox is new (less that a year old) Microsoft will repair this problem for free whether the red ring has 1,2 or 3 flashing red lights.

You will also need to tell them about the laser not reading properly.

They will no doubt send you a replacement Xbox as they are well aware of these issues and have even extended their warranty to 3 years with the 3 light red ring of death.

You may however have to wait something in the region of 6 weeks for the Xbox to be returned.

Contact Microsoft if you xbox is less than 3 years old. They will fix it free of charge. It takes 2 weeks.

Tried several things and determined the blu-ray lens are shot. Traded system in towards a new one from Game Stop. Not worth the expense of lens replacement, cleaning and overall frustration.

You must send it to microsoft for repair. Less then 3 years old its free, after that they charge a fee. Go to www.xboxlive.com support page and put in a RMA request.

Over time, everything gets old. I suggest buying a "Inter-cooler" it helps keep everything cool, and takes a little less pressure off the fan.

there may be some kind of damage in the ds as i had the same problem it may have been shaken around or dropped or even faulty the best thing to do is send it back if you dont have the warranty then go to a gaming store most have a collection day where someone comes to pick up broken ds and takes them its free except tfor the repair.Its best if you dont fiddle around with it a it will become more damaged
