Since last night my DCS12w is not draining water even though it finishes its cleaning cycle.
I have been told the pump may be jammed with grease and needs cleaning. I tried running the machine with extremely hot water in a hope of dissolving or moving the blockage but this didn't help
I'm not a complete novice when it comes to mechanical stuff but I can't find a service manual anywhere to tell me how to get at the pump to check if it is jammed or needs a new one.
Can anyone tell me where the pump is located and how I get at it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are a lot of reasons could cause this issue. Could you provide us more details (if you have) which cycle's stage "takes" this time (filling water, washing process, draining etc... ) You answer will allow us to direct you the solution. Good luck !

not easy.suggest you disconnect pump and power up independently as an easy way to check if it runs
easiest way to remove pump - and its awkward - is to undo the 3 screws holding the pump to its housing

I had the same problem. After cleaning hose between unit which measures water level (located below, near right leg) and sink everithing works fine.
