Konika Minolta BizHub 163 - Error Code M2
Press the Utility button,
then Stop 0 0
then press again Stop 0 1
then scroll to Clear Data, and then Supplies Data and clear.
You must be aware that clearing this counter clears the drum, developer and other counters.

Switch off printer then plug again press and hold" clear stop" button and switch on printer..hold button till printer switch on..!!

Yes go to service mode and clear the counter. The counter is set up to replace the drum and developer.
